Refund & Cancellation Policy

Eligibility overview

Refunds apply to fees paid for workshops, clinics, mentoring sessions, and desk briefings when cancellation conditions below are met. This policy does not cover trading losses or outcomes after you attend a session.

Workshop & clinic seats

A deposit of 30% may be requested to hold a workshop or clinic seat. Full payment is due seven days before the session. Cancel fourteen or more days before the start time for a full refund of fees paid. Cancel between thirteen and seven days before for a 50% refund. Cancel fewer than seven days before, or fail to attend (no-show), and fees are non-refundable. You may transfer your seat to another named person with forty-eight hours’ notice at no charge.

Rescheduling

One complimentary reschedule to a later published date is allowed if requested at least seven days before the original session, subject to available seats. Further reschedules may be treated as a cancellation under the timelines above.

Private mentoring

Cancel or reschedule a mentoring hour with at least forty-eight hours’ notice for a full credit toward a future hour or a refund of that session fee. Shorter notice or no-shows are charged in full. Unused sessions in a four-session package expire four months after purchase and are non-refundable after expiry.

Desk team briefings

A non-refundable planning deposit of 20% is due on acceptance of the quote to reserve the half-day and prepare the custom chart pack. Cancel fourteen or more days before delivery for a refund of the balance paid above the deposit. Cancel later and the balance is non-refundable once preparation of materials has started, unless we cancel.

Work already started & materials

Printed chart packs and planning sheets distributed in class are included in the fee and are not returnable for cash value. If we cancel a session for operational reasons, you may choose a full refund or a transfer to a future date.

Refund process & timing

Email info@lucid-keystoneway.click with your name, session date, and payment reference. Approved refunds are processed within fourteen business days to the original payment method. Bank or card processing times may add several days beyond our transfer.
