Charts first, then the arithmetic

Lucid Keystone Way grew from evening chart reviews among independent traders in Kowloon into a classroom practice devoted to risk-reward planning.

Official name & history

Lucid Keystone Way Limited is the registered business name. The company was established in 2016 in Hong Kong.

Early sessions were small Saturday gatherings in borrowed meeting rooms, focused on one recurring failure: traders who could mark structure but left stops and targets unfinished. By 2018 the work settled into a formal workshop format near Tsim Sha Tsui, with printed chart packs and capped seat counts so every plan could be reviewed.

Today the classroom at K11 MUSEA hosts the flagship Risk-Reward Ratio Planning Workshop, evening Chart Structure Clinics, private mentoring, and occasional desk briefings for boutique teams.

Working approach

We teach technical analysis as a planning craft. Lectures stay short; markup and written plans take the hours. Instructors do not issue buy lists. The measure of a session is whether participants can refuse a setup that fails the ratio before size is chosen.

Values in the room

  • Structure before size — stops define the cash risk, not the other way around.
  • Shared markup language so desks and solo traders argue less about levels.
  • Honest capacity — sixteen workshop seats, not a lecture hall.
  • Hong Kong market context in examples, without pretending any plan removes loss.
